What can I expect at my first visit?

Even if you have seen Dr. Tse in the past, we will revisit your detailed medical history and make sure we take a comprehensive view of your current state of health. Please request your medical records be faxed to 833-972-3405 prior to your visit or hand carry a copy. Please bring all of your current medications and supplements with you. We will also record your allergies and current pharmacy information, should you need any prescriptions. We will also email you a welcome packet. It will optimize your experience if you are able to complete these ahead of time so that we can focus on YOU during your visit!

Is hospital care part of this practice?

At this time, this is an office-based practice focused on preventative care and wellness. We perform in-office minor surgical procedures and will take you to an outpatient surgery center for any more detailed surgical needs that cannot be performed in an office.

Do you offer telehealth?

For established patients, we are happy to offer telehealth for simple medical needs. For more complex issues, we may need to evaluate you in person. We may need you to be seen in the office and we will work hard to make sure you are cared for in the most efficient and caring way possible.

How does payment for visits work?

In order to focus entirely on providing holistic and comprehensive patient care, at this time we do not take insurance for professional fees incurred during medical visits and procedures. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. You may also use your HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Your insurance can still be used for all labs, pathology and anesthesia fees incurred at the time of your visit (these costs are usually the bulk of charges in a medical office).

What can I expect to pay for my visit?

Pricing schedules are individualized for each patient, and when you are scheduled our front office can give you an idea of what range of fees would be likely, given your specific needs. For traditional preventative wellness care, this may range from $275-375. For personalized coaching needs and complex medical problems needing procedures, the range is $425-650. Procedures and minor surgeries will vary according to complexity and difficulty and will be priced on an individual basis.
